Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this “Win an MG This Christmas” promotion is deemed acceptable under these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Unley Shopping Centre Pty Ltd ABN 61 966 572 635 (Promoter) of 204 Unley Road, Unley, South Australia 5061.

Eligibility

3. The promotion is open to all permanent South Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
4. The following are not eligible: Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agencies associated with the promotion, and any of the tenants or retailers in Unley Shopping Centre.

Promotion Period

5. Promotion commences at 6 am on Monday, 24th November 2025 and ends at 9 pm on Monday, 22nd December 2025, Adelaide local time.

How To Enter

6. To be eligible to enter, eligible individuals must either:
7. spend $60 or more in a single transaction at Woolworths or Coles; or
8. spend $60 or more in either a single or multiple transactions on the same day across participating specialty retailers

Excludes purchases of any alcohol, lotto, tobacco products, gift cards, recharge products, Adelaide Metro products, scripts, and healthcare services.

7. Eligible individuals can enter via the entry form located at participating retailers or from the car display located in the Centre mall area.
8. Entrants must retain an original copy of their receipt(s) as proof of purchase to validate the winning entry. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period.
9. Multiple entries are permitted per person during the promotional period.
10. To claim the prize, the winner must produce identification and original receipt(s) as proof of purchase.

Draw Details

11. The winner will be drawn on Tuesday, 23rd December at 10.00 am, Adelaide local time, at Unley Shopping Centre, Centre Management Office, 204 Unley Road, Adelaide, SA 5061. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional entries in case of an invalid entry.
12. The winner will be picked at random.
13. The provisional winner will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within two (2) business days of the draw. The provisional winner will only be deemed the winner once verified by the Promoter.
14. The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s website on Tuesday, 23^rd December (unleyshoppingcentre.com.au).
15. Entrants can only enter in their own name and email address. The Promoter reserves the right to request the provisional winner provide proof of identity, proof of residency, and original receipt as proof of purchase before awarding the prize.

Prize

16. The prize is an MG3 Excite 1.5L CVT Auto Hatch MY25.5, Model: MG3CVTEXCT25.5 in grey valued at $24,588 (AUD) inclusive of GST, registration charges and stamp duty.
17. The winner must collect the prize from Hamilton MG, 272 Brighton Road Somerton Park, SA 5044.
18. The winner must claim the prize by 5.00pm, Tuesday, 20th January 2026, before forfeiting the prize to the unclaimed prize draw.
19. The prize will be available to collect from Tuesday, 23^rd
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value, with the prize value standing as provided in writing dated Wednesday, 29^th October 2025.
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for tax implications that may arise from the prize.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize once in the winner’s possession.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

23. If the draw of the prize is unclaimed, a second draw will take place on Monday, 23 March 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw.
24. The prize winner of the unclaimed prize draw, if one is required, will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and the winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s website on Monday, 23 March 2026 (unleyshoppingcentre.com.au).

General

25. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the entry.
26. The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected entries, or incomplete entrant’s contact details.
27. Incomplete, illegible, incorrect or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the draw to win.
28. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
29. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
30. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
31. If, for any reason, the winner does not take or claim the prize as stipulated by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited.
32. The total prize value is $$24,588.
33. The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
34. The winner must be willing to have their name, photo and/or voice used in any media for an unlimited time for the purpose of promoting the promotion.
35. The Promoter may use the entrant’s personal information to inform them of future promotions at Unley Shopping Centre if the entrant has consented.
36. If the entrant has consented, they have agreed to be subscribed to the email database of the Promoter.
37. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
